With the recent developments in Asia and China regarding the Corona Virus update and the demand for surgical masks, supply and demand and the subsequent shipping of these products is an ongoing challenge. We work on daily basis to ensure we have an accurate level of inventory on hand and that we can ship to you as quickly as possible.
With the shut down of Chinese Factories and exports, the supply of medical masks has become very strained. All of the products listed on our website now ship from our warehouses in the Canada unless otherwise stated.
On each product, we work to state the specific shipping time for that product. As the current medical mask shortage is very volatile, we work on a daily basis to ensure timely shipping on a first in order basis.
If your order is in stock, it will ship within 48 hours ( two business days ) and take 2 -7 days to arrive to you via UPS. If you have placed an order for arriving inventory, your order will be shipped immediately upon stock arrival from our distributors and factories.
Rest assured that we are working as hard as possible to get your order to you as we understand the reasons that you have placed your order.
In most cases, we will provide you with a shipping / tracking number but in certain cases, when we have to determine a method to ship to you that is both cost effective and going to ensure you deliver your delivery, we will communicate with you the details of your shipment.
